Covid-19 Policy
OUR COMMITMENT TO SAFETY
As the Covid-19 pandemic evolves, all our rental properties will be adhering to the latest information and guidance from major health experts and authorities including the CDC and WHO. In order for renters and villa owners to feel safe and relaxed, we have implemented the following practices and policy changes to our properties to ensure your health and safety during your stay at the villa of your choice.

There are some policies that will extend cover beyond physical damage, but these are rare and few of them cover losses arising out of a pandemic and/or specific acts of governments.
We are working with Insurers to try to provide insurance cover for both renters and owners, with specific COVID related cover. We will update this section as more information becomes available.
Staff and property measures

We provide all of our staff with measures, above and beyond the regulatory bodies recommendations, for the protection of their health, with access to prompt and adequate medical care. Our exceptionally well-managed luxury villas will have in place policies to safeguard employees and clients alike from the virus and will take the appropriate and immediate action should an employee become ill. We will be looking to introduce the following new and enhanced practices at all of our properties:
Certified professional cleaning on your villa before arrival. There will be a maximum of 2 days between renters to ensure the properties are thoroughly cleaned.
Every staff member will strictly comply with the basic protective measures against Covid 19 recommended by WHO, such as hand hygiene, physical distancing, avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth, practice respiratory hygiene and pay regard to the advice to stay home and seek medical care if they have symptoms related to the disease. They will also wear protective gear while performing their cleaning duties.
All swimming pools are well maintained and the concentration of chlorine will meet regulatory guidelines in line with Covid-19 precautions. WHO's guidelines indicate that it is unlikely to get COVID-19 from a swimming pool as long as it is maintained and properly chlorinated.
All our Villas will have a medical kit that includes disinfectant wipes, hand gel, face masks and disposable gloves. If you require more than one medical kit due to the number of guests, then please advise us when booking.
All cutlery, crockery and Linen will have high temperature cleaning and will be replaced where necessary. Cleaning will be set to the highest setting recommended by the manufacturer and WHO guidelines.
To give potential clients the comfort they need to book our luxury Villas, we have created a template COVID-19 addendum to the standard contract. This addendum is designed to facilitate cancellations to contract for our clients, designed specifically to cover specific COVID related issues, outside of Force majeure.
